What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a powerful, evidence-informed therapeutic approach that combines elements of hypnotherapy, NLP, cognitive behavioural techniques, and neuroscience to create deep, lasting change at the subconscious level. RTT works by guiding you into a relaxed, focused state where the subconscious mind becomes accessible, allowing us to uncover the root cause of limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and behavioural patterns that are often formed in childhood or through past experiences.


Together, we gently explore the origin of the issue, often tracing it back to early life experiences. Many clients are surprised by what emerges, often saying, “I had completely forgotten about that.” The subconscious mind stores everything, even what the conscious mind has long let go of. Once the origin of the belief is uncovered, we shift it using your adult awareness and understanding, allowing a powerful reframing to take place.

At the end of your session, you receive a personalised transformation recording to listen to daily for at least 21 days. This repetition supports the brain in creating new neural pathways and strengthening empowering beliefs. Many clients notice positive shifts not only in their original issue, but across multiple areas of life, as changing core beliefs often creates a ripple effect.
